A doctoral student from the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Catania embarks on a research and development journey on the project ‘Machine Learning Algorithms for Revenue Management’ at the headquarters of MyForecast Revenue Management System.
An agreement between MyForecast and the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Catania has enabled the activation of a co-financed Ph.D. scholarship in Computer Science, funded by MyForecast through the PNRR plan. The research project aims to study and develop innovative Machine Learning algorithms for revenue management systems.
“We are thrilled to have entered into a significant agreement with the University of Catania: MyForecast will finance a research scholarship. The goal is very ambitious and aligns with the excellent work being carried out by our project team.”
Vito D’Amico, CEO & Founder of MyForecast
The resource will work at both MyForecast offices and the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science.
“Machine Learning technologies have revolutionized the traditional way of analyzing business data to infer valuable insights for management. This project aims to develop advanced Artificial Intelligence algorithms capable of supporting managers by generating future projections for revenue management.”
